Thanks for supporting Brenauri Fashions.

Terms and Conditions: Each (SKIRT) is custom made, so please allow 30 business days from purchase date before your order is shipped. (These days DO NOT include weekend/holidays). Your order(s) maybe completed within 20 or less days depending on work load. Orders are done in the order in which they are received and paid in full. If there are any unforeseen events that may delay the process, you will be notified.

Order Cancellations: Please!!! make sure your order is correct before checking out; there are no cancellations or refunds.

Payments: Brenauri Fashions does not receive/store your credit card information.

Shipping: You will receive a USPS tracking number once your garment is complete and ready to ship. Please ensure that your address is correct as I will not be responsible for incorrect shipping address. Brenauri Fashions will not be responsible for lost, refused or stolen packages, or delays due to weather or shipping carrier delays. Your order cannot be processed without an email address. This is used only in communicating with customer regarding orders.

Refunds/Exchanges
Each garment is custom made according to your measurements you provided in the NOTE/COMMENT section of your order (waist measurement one inch above belly button or where you desire your skirt to 'sit'). Therefore, NO Refunds, NO Exchanges, and NO Returns. No one else can wear the item made to your measurements. Brenauri Fashions will not be responsible for broken zippers, fit of skirt/dress due to inaccurate measurements provided by customer. (Please see below Measurement Guide) If there is an error/discrepancy with an item you ordered on the part of Brenauri Fashions, please contact me by email within 2 CALENDAR DAYS of receiving your order to find a resolution. This may require photos to help locate/remedy the problem so there can be a resolution. Shipping cost is not refundable.

Skirt Care: Ankara/African Print Fabrics --There are various weights and thicknesses. Some are heavily waxed and some are lightly waxed; which makes the fabric stiffer/hard or softer than others. Fabrics that are stiffer may soften over time or if they are laundered they may soften. Recommendations: Dry Clean to preserve the wax (use an experience dry cleaner that is familiar with African Print Fabrics). You may launder on gentle cycle with mild soap in cold/warm water (without spinning) and lay flat to dry. You will be doing so at your own risk. No Bleach. Brenauri Fashions strive to stock/purchase the best quality fabric from some of the best vendors.

T-Shirts: Please allow 5 to 7 business days (Do Not Include Weekends/Holidays). If you are ordering a Custom-Made Skirt and a T-Shirt, please place a separate order if you desire to receive your T-Shirt sooner; otherwise these items will ship together and will be 30 business days or less (not including weekends/holidays). Please Note: All of the information below APPLY to your T-Shirt purchase. (Please read: Shipping, Refund/Exchanges) 

T-Shirt Care:  Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent with t-shirt on wrong side . DO NOT BLEACH or DRY CLEAN. Dry on low heat setting or lay flat to air dry. Do Not Use Iron on Image!!

Jewelry Purchase: Please allow 3 days from order date for your jewelry to be shipped for in stock items. Items that are pre-orders will be shipped once items are made. ( 7-10 days Does Not Include Weekends or Holdidys) If you purchase other items with your earrings please be mindful that Skirts are custom made and take a few weeks to complete. So if you order earrings with your Skirt(s) they will be shipped together. If you want your earrings sooner please order separately.

Jewelry Care Tips: Jewelry made from resin should not be exposed to chemicals or alcohol-based products such as perfume, hairspray, household cleaners or nail polish remover. **Take off the jewelry when swimming and taking a shower or a bath. **Clean and polish jewelry when necessary with a damp microfiber cloth. **Keep the jewelry away from direct sunlight for long periods of time. **Store the jewelry in a cool, dry place (preferably, an individual box). 

Jewelry items that have brass, or other metal findings should be kept away from moisture/humidity (Do not store Jewelry in bathroom or humid environments). Over a period of time brass and other metals will start to tarnish. To help keep jewelry in good shape try to store each piece separately so that different materials don't scratch/touch other metal pieces. You can wrap each piece in soft fabric and store in an airtight bag.

 Additional Policies / FAQ

MEASUREMENTS : All (Skirts) garments are sewn according to measurements provided by the customer. Please ensure that measurements are taken properly and entered correctly in note/comment section before checkout. If measurements are not noted to seller, I will email you to request information. Orders cannot be processed without measurements and will delay the processing of your item.

Quick Measurement Guide: Wrap measuring tape (soft measuring tape NOT metal or aluminum measuring tape) around your natural waistline (usually 1 inch above belly-button) OR where you desire your skirt to 'sit'. DO NOT wrap tape measure too tight or pull stomach/belly in because this will give inaccurate measurements.  Length: While standing straight, measure from your waist (where you want skirt to 'sit') down vertically to point where you want your skirt to end. Skirt lengths are already predetermined unless option is given in description area for garment. Since these are handmade garments, please allow small differences in measurements (Limited to 1 inch).
